Kate Middleton leaves Jigsaw

Kate Middleton has quit her job as an accessories buyer for fashion chain Jigsaw, fuelling rumours of an imminent royal engagement. Middleton reportedly told friends that she gave up the role as she wanted "time to herself", with one revealing to the Daily Mail: "When she was asked what she was off to do she said she was a photographer and she may open a gallery." Jigsaw owners John and Belle Robinson created Middleton's position especially for her less than a year ago, in order to accommodate her royal commitments. Having briefly separated from boyfriend Prince William in April, the couple quietly rekindled their romance and were pictured together last month for the first time since the split.
