A new man for Valentino

Ferruccio Pozzoni has been appointed chief designer for menswear at Valentino, completing the house's creative new team. The former creative director of Brioni proved his mettle by hard at work on the label's autumn/winter 2008-9 collection, which will be presented for the first time in Paris - rather than Milan - on January 19.
