According to an annual survey these are the top fashion shopping cities from 1-15: New York, Rome, Paris, Milan, London, Los Angeles, Sydney, Las Vegas, Berlin, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Dubai, Shanghai, Singapore, Madrid.
