Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in London

American twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen mark the launch of their clothing label The Row in the UK tonight, October 9, with a dinner at Harvey Nichols in London. The label's name was derived from the famous London street Savile Row which is known for its bespoke tailoring, and each item is marked with a small gold chain embossed with The Row. The collection features fitted, elegant pieces including knit t-shirts, a blazer, 'cummerbund' style skirt, shearling coat and rubber 'pants'; colours are mainly neutral and range from black, white, cream and grey with a small amount of red. The sisters are involved in the design process from start to finish and are assisted by a designer.
